	Shop4officeproducts.com always offer our customers the best possible lowest price. In case of a pricing error, or shipping rate error, we will make every attempt to make our customer aware of such situations and in such cases, after the customer's approval by phone or email, we will either refund the customer, or charge the customer the difference.
				Shipping Policy
	All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise chosen and paid by the customer. We don't ship to P.O.Box. Please call us at 770-966-7447 if you require shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the continental USA. UPS ground shipping takes anywhere between 3 to 6 days depending on availability of the product. We might ship some orders as more than one shipment based on the availability of the products in our warehouse locations. All orders recieved and processed (completed) before 12:00 noon (Monday through Friday) will be shipped the same day depending on availability of the product. We update the tracking information for all the orders on our website within 48 hours of placing the order. Customers can check the status of their orders by visiting our site, Shop4officeproducts.com , by clicking "My Account" link and entering emailaddress and order number. 				Return Policy
If products are to be returned, please call our office to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA #) and the return address. Shipping charge will not be refunded unless the product was damaged or we shipped the wrong product. Credit will be processed within 2 days of acceptance of the return item. Special order items are not returnable unless the product is damaged at the time of delivery.
Damaged Product
All damaged items should be reported immediately (within 5 days of the receipt of the product). Replacement item will be shipped out immediately at no extra charge. The damaged item will be picked up at our expense. If the customer wishes to cancel the order, a full credit will be issued within 2 business days of receipt of the returned item.
Returns and Exchanges
If the customer needs to return or exchange a product for any reasons other than damaged product, the unopened and unused product should be returned within 15 days of the receipt of the product. Once we issue a RA #, the customer should return the product at customer expense. Exchange or credit (invoice amount less shipping charge + 20% restocking charge) will be issued within 2 days of receipt of the returned product.
